The Fellowship’s Criteria for Fellow Candidates
Fellow’s Time Commitment
The Fellowship is a two-year transformational commitment by the Fellow.
This will not only require self-discipline and an intense work ethic by the Fellow but also a time commitment that will deeply distract from family and personal time.
Not only will the every third weekend executive MBA demand the Fellow to be present, but the traveling and work between the farms to complete the case studies will many times only allow for three to four free days in between MBA visits.
While this time commitment is a sacrifice for the Fellow and their family it allows the Fellow to have a longer more challenging, rewarding, and impactful career by growing their knowledge from the herd health level to the operational enterprise health level.
