The Accepted Fellow Will Commit to a Full-Time Two-Year Program Consisting of the Executive MBA Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Dairy Modules.
The Fellow Shall Receive an Annual Salary of $175,000, Health Insurance, Plus Related Travel and per Diem Expenses
The Fellow Will Receive a Full Scholarship for the Completion of the Executive MBA Program at Chicago Booth Valued at $220,000.

What are the vacation times and days off during the two-year Fellowship?
It would be a minimum of two weeks of vacation each year and three to four days off approximately every fifteen days. Depending on work load and case studies some holidays may not be available. When needed additional time will be available. Based on case load demand and the working environment at dairy farms long work days should be expected.
Who pays for my expenses?
All expenses for Fellowship travel related activities are covered by the Hjerpe Fellowship including per diem. Expenses start within 100 miles radius from Chicago. If the Fellow ops to live in another destination that additional travel expense will not be covered.
Will the Fellowship cover moving expenses?
The Fellowship will offer a one-time $15,000 moving expense. If the Fellow does not move into surrounding Chicago area it may use this $15,000 against its traveling expenses from their home to Chicago area.
Who pays for my housing?
The Fellow shall pay for all housing needs.
Is health insurance covered in the Hjerpe Fellowship?
Yes, health insurance is covered for the Fellow and his/her immediate family.
