The deadline for applications for the Dr. Charles A. Hjerpe Fellowship is December 1st of the year prior to the commencement of the program. The program starts every year on July 1^st . Here is what you’ll need to apply:

1. For The Hjerpe Fellowship, you’ll need to submit a resume/ CV
2. An essay about your future goals in dairy veterinarian medicine
3. Letters of recommendation from a peer, a dairy farmer, and an academician expressing the reasons why they believe you should be accepted into The Hjerpe Fellowship.
